An in-line device for moulding liners of plastics material inside container closures, comprising a conveyer system carrying a plurality of trays, each tray being provided with one or more recesses for receiving container closures to be lined ; a loading station comprisingmeans for introducing closures to the trays; a plastics applying station including means for introducing a quantity of mouldable thermoplastics material into the or each closure passing the applying station during operation of the conveyer system; a heating station including an oven through which the trays are progressed during operation of the conveyer system; a moulding station including means for compressing the thermoplastics material to mould a liner in the or each closure arriving at the moulding station; and a collecting station including means for collecting the lined closures from the trays after passing the applying, heating and moulding stations. The description is identical with that in the parent Specification 1,199,317, but the claims differ.
