Abstract
1,249,516. A.C. generators with D.C. excitation. MESSERSCHMITT-BOLKOW-BLOHM G.m.b.H. 18 July, 1969 [19 July, 1968], No. 36397/69. Addition to 1,240,669. Heading H2A. To eliminate disturbances due to load current changes, the electrical generator system of claim 1 of Specification 1,224,031 is provided with a measuring device 151 which continuously measures current changes in the armature winding of the exciter generator 110 and applies such measurements to an additional device 150 which device also receives an input from the RF-signal transmission 140 and an average share of the exciter armature winding output to produce an output forming the firing impulse of the controlled retifier 152. These components are in the rotor 113 of the main synchronous generator 120 to whose output a regulator 160 is connected.
