1295993 Mounting magnetic heads WOLFGANG BOGEN GmbH 19 April 1971 [17 Feb 1970] 21912/71 Heading G5R A screening housing 2 for a magnetic head 3 provides a plurality of abutments 6 which define the correct position of the running surface of the head. As shown, the abutments 6 consist of tongues stamped up from the bottom of the housing 2, and similar tongues 8 stamped from a base-plate 1 locate the housing 2 thereon. A spring 9 presses the head 3 against the tongues 6.
