1462843 Cartons TILLOTSONS CORRUGATED CASES Ltd 22 Aug 1975 [27 Aug 1974] 37342/74 Heading B8P A carton folded from a blank comprises a base 2, a first pair of side walls 3, 4 integral with the base 2, at least one opening 47, 48 being formed in each wall 3, 4, and a pair of connectors 41, 42 linking the side walls 3, 4 formed from the material 14, 15 punched out in forming the openings 47, 48. Flaps 7, 8 on the base 2 may be stitched at 50, 51 to side flaps 16-19, the cut-out portions 14, 15 being doubled over and stitched at 52, 53 to the flaps 16-19 to define apertured end walls 43, 44. The carton may be tapered to facilitate nesting.
