1486892 Moulding containers HARCOSTAR Ltd and M D CHRISTY 12 Dec 1974 [17 Oct 1973] 48399/73 Heading B5A [Also in Division B8] A plastics casing, Fig. 1 (not shown) for a carboy and comprising a tubular body 10, a box 14 snap-fitted to the bottom of the body and defining drainage openings with the body, and an annular flange 20 interlocked to the upper end of the body for retaining the carboy within the casing, is initially blow-moulded, e.g. from H.D. polyethylene, in one piece, and the annular flange 20 and base 14 separated from the body by cutting away annular joining bands 21 and 15 which are discarded.
