[Also in Division B1] A generator for high expansion fire-fighting foam (i.e. with an air/liquid ratio of 50 to 1, 500) comprises a wind tunnel 12 having a pleated screen 17 upon which foamable liquid is deposited by rotating nozzles 20 mounted on the hub 25 of an axial-flow fan 15 and driving it by jet reaction.
