1338694 Vehicle frames W SCHATZLE 20 April 1971 [20 April 1970] 10255/71 Heading B7B [Also in Divisions F2 and E1] A motor vehicle body frame is constituted by straight tubular members interconnected by junction members. Each junction member has a number of stubs or unions such as 21, 22, 23, over which the frame members 32 are fitted, the number and orientation of the stubs being dependent on the particular part of the frame in which they are used. The tubular members are fixed to the stubs by means of screw thread bolts 25, 29 and are square in cross-section, all members having the same cross-sectional dimensions.
