1402148 Electro-coating articles NISSAN MOTOR CO 4 July 1972 [24 July 1971] 31260/72 Heading C7B In coating a metal article, fine particles of an electrically non-conductive coating material, e.g. of polyolefin, are sprayed on to a first area thereof, and thereafter a second area of the article is electrocoated with corrosion-inhibitive material, e.g. by electro-plating or by electro-deposition using as electrolyte an aqueous solution of a water-soluble resin such as a polycarboxylate resin, or an aqueous dispersion of a particulate material such as polyolefin.
