1,087,235. Closing filled bags. METAL CONTAINERS Ltd. Sept. 20, 1966 [Sept. 27, 1965], No. 41050/65. Heading B8C. The neck of a filled thermoplastic bag 11 is gathered, passed through a ring 13 and then fused on to the ring. The ring may be of the same material as the bag and the sealing plug 15 formed by fusing becomes integral with the ring. The bag may form a liner for a rigid container.
