Abstract
1318984 A rotary photo-metric analyser UNION CARBIDE CORP 8 Oct 1970 [9 Oct 1969] 47958/70 Heading G1A A device for automatic photo-metric analysis of a plurality of liquid samples in which the liquid samples are contained in cuvets arranged around and equidistantly from the centre of a horizontally disposed rotatable disc and in which a light source projects a beam into each cuvet as it is rotated, the beam passing through said liquid sample and its absorbance thereof being detected photometrically and recorded, the device comprising in combination a reflective mirror on the inner top surface and a transparent window on the bottom surface of each said cuvets, the beam of light being projected through the bottom window of each cuvet as it is rotated past said source, the beam passing through the sample as shown and subsequently being detected photo-metrically.
