1389094 Steam turbine power plant TRANSELEKTRO MAGYAR VILLAMOSSAGI KULKERESEDELMI VALLALAT 27 Oct 1972 [27 Oct 1971] 49645/72 Heading F1Q A steam turbine power plant comprises in combination a steam generating means I having an inlet and an outlet, a steam turbine having a highpressure stage 3 and a low-pressure stage 8 with respective inlets and outlets, a mixing condenser 9 having an inlet and an outlet, the inlet of the mixing condenser being connected to the outlet of the low-pressure stage, a dry cooling tower 10 connected to and providing cooling water for the mixing condenser, a steam transformer 5 having a primary side and a secondary side, the primary side of the steam transformer being connected between the outlet of the high-pressure stage and the inlet of the steam generating means, the secondary side of the steam transformer being connected between the inlet of the low-pressure stage and the outlet of the mixing condenser, a circulation pump 6 provided in the connection between the primary side of the steam transformer and the inlet of the steam generating means and a delivery pump 11 to pump condensate from the mixing condenser to the secondary side of the steam transformer and to the dry cooling tower. The steam generating means 1 may be an atomic reactor.
