Abstract
1402235 Bearings NAKAJIMA SEISAKUSHO CO Ltd 18 April 1973 [6 Oct 1972] 18850/73 Heading F2A [Also in Division A6] A bearing for the relatively soft flexible synthetic resin parts of a doll, &c., e.g. for connecting a leg, arm or the head to the body, consists of two relatively hard, less flexible synthetic resin parts 10; 21, &c., Fig. 5, the first being pushed into and adhered to the second, the unitary assembly thus formed being force fitted first into a groove 6 on one doll part 1, and then into an annular recess 9 in the other doll part 2. In this construction, the joint connects the head 2, Fig. 6, of the doll to its body 1. In another construction, the connector 10, &c., Fig. 3, journals an arm 3 of the doll to its body 1, and in yet another construction, the connector 10, &c. Fig. 7, is received in a blind hole 34 in the lower portion of the body 1 to journal a leg 4. The connector may also journal together parts of toy animals, &c.
